Back for his third year as co-host of Chicago Huddle, Desmond Clark continues to provide the Bears with veteran leadership and quality production on the field.

Clark was a major offensive factor in a season that saw the Chicago Bears head to Miami for Super Bowl XLI in 2006. Breaking out for a career season, Desmond hauled in a career high 626 receiving yards and team high 6 touchdown receptions. Clark had a strong showing in his 1st Super Bowl appearance, leading the Bears in receptions with 6 receptions and receiving yards with 64.

The all-time career ACC in receptions record holder and four year lettermen at Wake Forest University, Clark scored at least one touchdown against every ACC opponent in his college career and finished 4th on the university’s all-time list with 20 career touchdown receptions. Over his four years as a Demon Deacon, Clark accumulated 216 catches for 2,834 yards and was named team MVP in his senior campaign while majoring in communications.

Desmond was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida, where he played quarterback and free safety for his Kathleen High School football team, earning all-conference honors. Clark was a high school teammate of All-Pro Linebacker Ray Lewis of the Baltimore Ravens. Staying true to his community, Clark holds an annual football camp at Kathleen High every June.
